2299: Episode One
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
In the distant future, humans can transfer their minds into interstellar vehicles. Players control Ted, who is sent on an errand to pick up some stationery from Mars. But, of course, shenanigans occur -- you get sent to a previously unknown part of the Galaxy... and now must find your way home.
2299: Episode One is a free perk for all subscribers to The Lunduke Journal (one of oh-so-many).
System Requirements:
Windows: Windows XP and newer. Also runs under Wine pretty darn well.
Linux: Any sorta-recent Linux distro capable of running 32bit x86 binaries. If you are on a 64bit distro, you might need to install the 32bit version of some libraries. Run 2299 from the terminal to see what libraries you might be missing.
Note: I'll put together an AppImage for Linux soon to make that process easier.
